PlayStation 2 made GTA 3-SA famous so why not have it on the Playstation 3. Nope I suppose Russian Mob Wars will come to the PS3 but then it won't be exclusive.

I cheated and used a guide. Pigeons are easy some were a bid hard to find but the stunt jumps are a lot harder to get I got lucky on most of them.
Anyway 100 is a rip-off you should get infinite ammo, double the strength of the cars and infernus, comet or super gt spawn outside your house. You just get unlimited amount of ammo to carry and for the 200 flying rats the annihilator on the MeTV building.

I still have to get the 10 melee counters I think Hove Beach is the best place lots of pricks down there.
